Majisti is a company focused on efficient and high quality custom development. It has been a great opportunity to develop expertise in many new technologies. A recent project required a headless CMS. I researched the possible options and using Contentful CMS, created the full-featured CMS backend and integrated it with our front-end code using GraphQL.

• Developed an application for a California based client, that includes a NodeJs GraphQL API, admin dashboard and a mobile application that I published on both Android and iOS through an automated pipeline. Techs: Expo.js, React, Redux RTK, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, Prisma and Supabase.
• Worked on a micro-site for the Air Force Research Laboratory in Ohio. The site is statically auto-generated using NextJs and Contentful and offers great flexibility for editors. I was in charge of building out the Contentful CMS backend and integrating it with GraphQL.

Xello

Xello is a tool to help students learn about and find fulfilling careers, as well as develop plans to reach those careers. Each career listing originally showed a fixed listed of related education programs which needed to be manually maintained. Using SQL and Angular, I was able to update the education programs so they would be dynamically determined based on provincial database data.

• Lead team of students from Caential College's WIMTACH to migrate existing codebase from AngularJS to Angular

Gigit Marketplace

Gigit Marketplace was a service to connect service providers and clients in the gig economy. It evolved into Kambeo, which helps connect volunteers with volunteer opportunities. I initially started at Gigit updating their front-end, and then moved on to managing development of their back-end. The deployment process initially used at Gigit was performed manually and highly error prone. Using Jenkins I was able to automate their deployment, greatly increasing reliability and making it easier for developers to work.

Celero Solutions

Celero Solutions is a provider of IT services to credit union's Canada-wide. During my time there I was able to help migrate and maintain the existing data warehouse solutions from Northern Credit Union. I also helped manage the data warehouse needs to multiple credit unions.

Northern Credit Union

Northern Credit Union is a member-focused financial institutes that serves the communities of Northern Ontario. I was the primary database developer at Northern Credit Union. Their daily reporting software was unreliable and inefficient. Using Microsoft SQL Server, I managed to greatly improve their existing reporting processes during my time there.

• Optimized the existing data warehouse solution to be more reliable and efficient
• Expanded functionality of data warehouse by including more fields and pulling data from more sources
